​Spouse Registration

​This rate is good only for group food and beverage functions. Full registration is required to attend general sessions, workshops, earn CE credits, and receive conference materials. Admission is not allowed into any general session, breakout workshop session, or any CE-related event. Please note, the spouse registration category cannot be used on co-workers or any other work-associated friends or individuals. Spouse registrants will be verified and will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into all food and beverage functions only.

​Cancellation Policy

​Full refunds (less a $100 cancellation fee and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by December 31, 2018. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax 813.988.5837 or email request to MMG at

Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materials in place of a refund, or upon approval, may credit their registration to the 2020 WIND annual conference.
