WIND 2021 Faculty Reminders

Please note these very important deadlines as listed below.

For a successful WIND 2021, it’s vital that we secure the required information from our presenters by the requested deadlines.

Speaker Terms and Conditions 

These are WIND’s terms and conditions for participating as a faculty speaker at WIND 2021. All presenters, including the lead present and co-presenter, are required to read and confirm acceptance. Click here to complete the online WIND 2021 Speaker Terms and Conditions Form.

Timed Course Outline
It is essential that you provide a course outline that adequately covers the topics which will be discussed in your presentation.  It is very important that the outline be in Word/text-only format to be submitted for continuing education credits. Send the course outline via email to  accreditation@ceuinstitute.net and meetingplanner@windnetwork.com.

Profile Bios & Photos

Power Points/Online Handouts

To meet continuing educational credit requirements and supplement your onsite teaching materials, please provide a class handout or PowerPoint presentation for the online conference materials link. Send via email to  accreditation@ceuinstitute.net and meetingplanner@windnetwork.com.

Faculty Registration
All WIND speakers must register for the conference unless prior exclusions have been made by the WIND Conference Program Chair. To register, select the Workshop Faculty registration type and enter the faculty discount code when checking out to reduce the registration fee to $375.
As fully registered attendees, all faculty are eligible to receive CE credits (including for the class you teach) as well as take part in all conference educational, networking, food and beverage events, and four nightly cocktail receptions,

Hotel Room 
Please note that WIND does not make hotel reservations for workshop faculty. Please be sure to book your hotel reservations only through the link below or calling 800.266.9432.
The conference block sells out quickly, so book your room early.
