Please note, the spouse registration category cannot be used on co-workers or any other work-associated friends or individuals. Spouse registrants will be verified and will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into all food and beverage functions only. This rate is good only for group food, beverage functions. Full registration is required to attend general sessions, workshops, earn CE credits, and receive conference materials. Admission is not allowed into any general session, breakout workshop session, or any CE-related event.
WIND 2018 CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds (less a $100 processing charge and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by December 27, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the WIND Meeting Planner, MMG, via fax 813.988.5837 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materials in place of a refund, or upon prior approval, may credit their registration to a future WIND annual conference.
