We are thrilled to have you confirmed as a faculty speaker.

As a presenter, we are going to need some timely information from you.

Please keep in mind that it is extremely important to send in required materials by the requested deadlines. We realize that your role as a presenter is not the only responsibility, but please be aware that failure to meet the deadlines causes delays in the overall planning and execution of the WIND Conference. WIND 2019 Faculty Important Reminders

Please note these very important deadlines:

For a successful WIND 2019, it’s vital we secure the required information from our presenters by the requested deadlines. Please adhere to the deadlines below to ensure a successful WIND 2019.

​July 31, 2018

1. ​Lead Presenter/Contact Info./Speaker Authorization

Your name and company will be appearing in our conference marketing communications, website, social media and both online and print registration materials so we need to ensure that we have your correct information. If you need to make an edit, please email to info@windnetwork.com by the July 31, 2018 deadline. Be sure to label the subject line: Edit for Workshop Listing.

2. Speaker Terms and Conditions Agreement 

These are WIND’s terms and conditions for participating as a faculty speaker at WIND 2019. Click here to complete the online WIND 2019 Speaker Terms and Conditions Form by the July 31, 2018 deadline.


​August 17, 2018

1. Professional Bio (For Each Panelist)

For conference marketing and CE certifications, it is essential we receive (for each panelist in your workshop) a professional paragraph style biography of no more than 200 words. Resumes and lengthy resumes/CV lists will be not accepted. Send your professional bio no later than August 17, 2018 via email to WIND's CE provider, AE21, at info@ae21.com

2. ​Course Outline

It is essential that you provide a course outline that adequately cover the topics which will be discussed in your presentation. VIEW SAMPLE FORMAT FOR CE OUTLINE.

 It is very important that the outline be submitted in Word/text-only format. Please do not submit written handouts or PowerPoint presentations at this time as these cannot be submitted for continuing education credits. Send the course outline no later than August 17, 2018 via email to WIND's CE provider, AE21, at info@ae21.com

Please note that WIND does not make hotel reservations for workshop faculty, so please be sure to book your hotel reservations immediately, as the conference block sells out fast.


 Conference Registration/Expenses
You definitely want to get the most out of WIND 2019, and even as a speaker, you get to enjoy the full benefits. It is each faculty presenter's responsibility to register for WIND 2019.

WIND 2019 Workshop Faculty receive a heavily discounted rate of $375. As fully registered attendees, all faculty are eligible to receive CE credits (including for the class(es) you teach, as well as take part in all conference educational, networking, food and beverage events, four nightly cocktail receptions, and Casino Night Theme Party, with lots of prize giveaways.
