Your name and company will be appearing in our conference marketing communications, website, social media and both online and print registration materials so we need to ensure that we have your correct information. If you need to make an edit, please email by the September 7, 2016 deadline. Be sure to label the subject line: Edit for Workshop Listing.

Due by Sept. 7: Speaker Terms and Conditions

Due by Sept. 7: Professional Bio (For Each Panelist)
For conference marketing and CE certifications, it is essential we receive (for each panelist in your workshop) a professional paragraph style biography of no more than 200 words. Resumes and lengthy resumes/CV lists will be not accepted. Send your professional bio no later than September 9, 2016 via email to

Due by Sept. 14: Course Outline We can’t apply for CE certifications without your outline! It is essential that you provide a course outline for your workshop. It does not need to be elaborate; however, it must adequately cover the topics which will be discussed in the presentation.

It is very important that the outline be submitted in Word/text-only format (No Word Perfect, PDF or PPT formats). Please do not submit written handouts or PowerPoint presentations at this time as these cannot be submitted for continuing education credits.Send the course outline no later than September 9, 2016 via email to

Due by December 16: Course Handout

To supplement your onsite teaching materials, you are requested to provide a written presentation / class handout / PowerPoint presentation for the online conference materials link.

Our online handout link is very popular with our registrants, and it’s a great way to showcase your panel’s knowledge and background. Please don’t be late on this deadline! Our attendees really like to print out the materials early and therefore we want to have them available well before the conference kicks off.

For your convenience, we will provide cover page templates in both PowerPoint and Word formats (coming soon) that are required to be used in every presentation.


Please note that it really does take time to format the online handout link. Be sure to send in your written presentation / handout / PowerPoint presentation no later than December 16, 2016 by uploading it to our WIND 2017 DropBox Link.


Important Notes: Please Read Carefully

• As a presenter, we are going to need some timely information from you. Please keep in mind that it is extremely important to send in required materials by the requested deadlines. We realize that your role as a presenter is not the only responsibility in your life, but please be aware that failure to meet the deadlines causes delays in the overall planning and execution of the WIND Conference. Please do not volunteer as a presenter unless you can provide the necessary requirements in a timely fashion. The failure to timely comply with submitting materials may result in your removal from the conference as a presenter.

• Life happens, and we realize this too. But in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which prevents anyone of you from participating in your workshop, please contact us immediately so that we may secure another presenter. Faculty are not authorized to change, modify or replace panelists.

• While we are excited to confirm you as 2017 speaker, please be advised that conference registration, travel and hotel arrangements, and any related personal conference expenses are not covered by WIND. We have arranged for a very discounted rate for our 2017 faculty, which allows full participation in conference continuing education certifications, breakout workshop sessions, food and beverage functions, evening networking receptions, and attendance at the annual theme party/Casino Night.

As a speaker, you want to be sure to book your room at the beautiful conference hotel. WIND does not make hotel reservations for workshop faculty, so please be sure to book your hotel reservations immediately, as the conference block is selling out fast.


The discounted room rate for WIND 2017 is $209. Guests who book using the WIND 2017 group code, will receive complimentary WI-FI in guest rooms, complimentary access to the fitness center, and complimentary self-parking with in and out privileges.

Conference Registration/Expenses

You definitely want to get the most out of WIND 2017, and even as a speaker, you get to enjoy the full benefits. It is each faculty presenter’s responsibility to register for WIND 2017.


WIND 2017 Workshop Faculty receive a heavily discounted rate of $350. As fully registered attendees, all faculty are eligible to receive CE credits (including for the class(es) you teach), as well as take part in all conference educational, networking, food and beverage events, four nightly cocktail receptions, and Casino Night Theme Party, with lots of prize giveaways.
